Vegan Taco Stuffed Delicata Squash Boats

Ingredients
- 2 delicata squash, sliced in half lengthwise, seeds removed
- 1 packet of Nasoya Zesty Mexican Style Superfood Skillet
- ½ mashed avocado
- Tahini and sriracha to drizzle on top

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 475
- Once preheated, add your squash and bake for 30minutes, skin side down
- While cooking, add your superfood skillet to a pan and heat on low for 5 minutes
- Once squash is done, remove from oven and stuff with skillet ingredients, top with mashed avocado and drizzle with tahini and sriracha
