Vegan Kimchi Dogs

Ingredients

⅓ cup vegan mayonnaise
1 bottle of Nasoya Vegan Kimchi, Spicy or Mild, chopped
1 tbsp, vegetable oil
3 Tofurky Hot Dogs
3 hot dog buns, toasted
1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
¼ cup chopped cilantro

Preparation

  1. Heat a grill pan or a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush hot dogs with oil and cook, turning occasionally until browned.
  3. Arrange the hot dogs inside each toasted bun and top with kimchi, jalapeno, mayonnaise and cilantro.
