Ingredients
⅓ cup vegan mayonnaise
1 bottle of Nasoya Vegan Kimchi, Spicy or Mild, chopped
1 tbsp, vegetable oil
3 Tofurky Hot Dogs
3 hot dog buns, toasted
1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Preparation
- Heat a grill pan or a skillet over medium heat.
- Brush hot dogs with oil and cook, turning occasionally until browned.
- Arrange the hot dogs inside each toasted bun and top with kimchi, jalapeno, mayonnaise and cilantro.
