Vegan Crunch Wrap

Ingredients

Large tortillas
1 Avocado
1 packet of Superfood Skillets
1 cup Vegan shredded Mexican cheese
1 diced poblano pepper
1 diced tomato
1 cup of canned corn
1 head of shredded lettuce

Preparation

  1. First, cut up all your veggies!
  2. Lay one tortilla flat, and cut halfway through down the center.
  3. Layer each quadrant with ingredients, Superfood Skillet in one, cheese, then a mixture of corn tomatoes and peppers and in the last quadrant, lettuce.
  4. Fold each quadrant over the next to create a triangle shaped wrap.
  5. Turn your stove top on medium and heat that wrap up in the pan for a crunchy warm finish.
