Ingredients
Large tortillas
1 Avocado
1 packet of Superfood Skillets
1 cup Vegan shredded Mexican cheese
1 diced poblano pepper
1 diced tomato
1 cup of canned corn
1 head of shredded lettuce
Preparation
- First, cut up all your veggies!
- Lay one tortilla flat, and cut halfway through down the center.
- Layer each quadrant with ingredients, Superfood Skillet in one, cheese, then a mixture of corn tomatoes and peppers and in the last quadrant, lettuce.
- Fold each quadrant over the next to create a triangle shaped wrap.
- Turn your stove top on medium and heat that wrap up in the pan for a crunchy warm finish.
