Ingredients

1 package Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu ​
½ cup refined coconut oil ​
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar ​
1 tsp nutritional yeast ​
1 tsp salt ​

Flavorings:
Cinnamon​
¼ c powdered sugar​
1.5 tsp cinnamon ​
Green Onion​
¼ c of fresh chives ​
Garlic Herb ​
1 clove minced garlic ​
¼ c of fresh parsley, chives, and dill ​
Berry​
¼ c powdered sugar ​
Mashed strawberries

Preparation

  1. Drain and press tofu well to get out as much liquid as possible.
  2. Put pressed tofu into a medium sized bowl.​
  3. Add melted refined coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, and salt.​
  4. Blend with an immersion blender for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add flavorings.
