Ingredients

1 package Nasoya tofu vegetable dumplings, cooked according to package
4 cups shredded carrot and red/green cabbage salad mix
Chopped cilantro, green onions and cashews or peanuts

For Peanut Sauce:
1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
1/4 cup tamari
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 2 limes
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 garlic clove

Preparation

  1. For the sauce, blend together all ingredients in a blender until smooth
  2. Toss together cabbage mix, cilantro, green onions and cashews and top with dumplings and peanut sauce
