Plantspired TofuBaked (Teriyaki or Sesame Ginger)

Soba noodles

Cube or sliced cucumbers

Cut carrots into ribbons

Slice scallions

Fine chopped cilanto

Preparation

  1. Prepare Sauce:
  2. Mix black vinegar, soy sauce and grated ginger to taste. Place noodles and tofu in bowl and add toppings, sauce and sesame seeds.
