- 6 ounces vermicelli rice noodles or bean threads
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce, plus more for garnish
- 1 (7-ounce) package Nasoya Plantspired Korean-Inspired Sweet Chili Toss’ables
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- Fresh minced green onion and cilantro
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish, optional
- Chili oil, for garnish, optional
Preparation
- Soak the noodles in boiling hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and toss the noodles in a large bow with the sweet chili sauce. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, prepare the Toss’ables according to package directions.
- To assembles, place the noodles in a serving bowl followed by some sweet chili tofu, carrots, cucumbers, green onion and cilantro.
- Top with a drizzle of some more sweet chili sauce, some toasted sesame seeds, and chili oil, and enjoy!
