Sweet Chili Tofu Vermicelli Bowl

  • 6 ounces vermicelli rice noodles or bean threads
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce, plus more for garnish
  • 1 (7-ounce) package Nasoya Plantspired Korean-Inspired Sweet Chili Toss’ables
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Fresh minced green onion and cilantro
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish, optional
  • Chili oil, for garnish, optional

Preparation

  1. Soak the noodles in boiling hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and toss the noodles in a large bow with the sweet chili sauce. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the Toss’ables according to package directions.
  3. To assembles, place the noodles in a serving bowl followed by some sweet chili tofu, carrots, cucumbers, green onion and cilantro.
  4. Top with a drizzle of some more sweet chili sauce, some toasted sesame seeds, and chili oil, and enjoy!
