Sweet BBQ Tofu Chopped Mason Jar Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup vegan ranch
- ¼ cup vegan-friendly BBQ sauce
- 1 (7-ounce) package Nasoya Sweet BBQ TofuBaked, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup roasted corn
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- ½ cup vegan cheddar cheese shreds
- 3 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup crispy tortilla strips
- Chopped cilantro for garnish, optional

Preparation
- To prepare the dressing, whisk together the vegan ranch and BBQ sauce until thoroughly combined and pour into the bottom of a 32-ounce mason jar.
- Next, add the tofu cubes, beans, corn, onion, tomato, cheese shreds, lettuce, and tortillas strips.
- Cover and refrigerate up to 5 days.
- When ready, pour the components of the mason jar into a large bowl and toss to combine. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
