Onion
Red bell pepper,
Yellow bell pepper
8” tortillas
Spanish rice
Refried beans
Cilantro
Avocadoes
Pico de gallo
Restaurant-style tortilla chips
Limes
Preparation
- Chop up peppers and onions and cook them on the stove top for 5-6 minutes. Make sure to apply olive oil to your pan so the vegetables don’t stick.
- While the veggies are cooking, use another pan to heat up the Superfood Skillets until warm. Prepare rice and refried beans during this process as well.
- Chop up all side ingredients and place them in individual bowls for serving.
- Serve Fajitas with restaurant-style tortilla chips and tortillas.
