Ingredients
· ½ package Nasoya Garlic and Herb Toss’ables
· ½ package Spinach
· ¼ c sliced red onions
· ½ c sliced cucumbers
· ¼ c vegan feta
· ¼ c chopped walnuts
· ½ avocado, sliced
· 3 tbsp Italian dressing
Preparation
- Chop all vegetables as desired and put in large bowl.
- Place sliced avocado and sprinkle the chopped walnuts, vegan feta, and Nasoya Garlic and Herb Toss’ables on top.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
