Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 Nasoya Superfood Skillet Mexican
  • 1 Nasoya Spicy Kimchi
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • Scallion, to taste
  • vegan gochujang
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Carrot, julienned
  • Sesame seed, to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Prepare rice per package directions.
  2. Heat up Nasoya Superfood Skillet, Mexican in a pan with olive oil
  3. Prepare veggies.
  4. Add rice to the bowl, and top with Nasoya Spicy Kimchi, Nasoya Superfood Skillet, Mexican, avocado sand cucumber slices, and bean sprouts.
  5. Drizzle vegan gochujang over ingredients and sprinkle a pinch of sesame seed.
