Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 Nasoya Superfood Skillet Mexican
- 1 Nasoya Spicy Kimchi
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- Scallion, to taste
- vegan gochujang
- Avocado, sliced
- Cucumber, thinly sliced
- Carrot, julienned
- Sesame seed, to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil
Preparation
- Prepare rice per package directions.
- Heat up Nasoya Superfood Skillet, Mexican in a pan with olive oil
- Prepare veggies.
- Add rice to the bowl, and top with Nasoya Spicy Kimchi, Nasoya Superfood Skillet, Mexican, avocado sand cucumber slices, and bean sprouts.
- Drizzle vegan gochujang over ingredients and sprinkle a pinch of sesame seed.
