Spicy BBQ Tofu Pizza with Pineapple & Scallions

Ingredients
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 7 oz Nasoya® Organic Teriyaki Tofubaked, cubed
- 1-12 inch premade pizza crust
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
- ½ cup vegan cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 oz fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup vegan ranch dressing
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl, combine the BBQ sauce and Sriracha.
- Place a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Once hot, add cubed tofu and a pinch of salt. Cook until lightly browned on most sides, 4 to 6 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of the spicy BBQ sauce and toss to coat. Cook BBQ tofu until crispy, an additional 1 to 3 minutes.
- Brush the remaining spicy BBQ sauce over the pizza crust. Top with BBQ tofu, pineapple, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake pizza until the crust is crispy and cheese is melted, 8 to 12 minutes. Please keep in mind, bake time may vary for premade crusts, follow the instructions on the package for cooking time.
- Remove pizza from the oven and top with chopped cilantro and sliced scallions. Drizzle spicy BBQ tofu pizza with vegan ranch to serve. Dig in!
