Ingredients

Small tortillas

Shredded green leaf lettuce

Shredded purple cabbage

Julienned carrots

Fine sliced radish

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 package of Nasoya’s Plantspired Steak

Sriracha

Vegan sour cream

Sliced green onions

Preparation

  1. Finely slice/chop your vegetables
  2. Pan fry the Plantspired Steak in sesame oil until browned
  3. Meanwhile, toast the tortillas over medium-high heat until warm and golden brown
  4. Assemble tacos with vegetables and Plantspired Steak
  5. Top with a drizzle of sriracha, vegan sour cream, and a sprinkle of green onions
  6. Enjoy!
