Ingredients

1 cup strong-brewed coffee, chilled
1 ½ cups ice
1 cup Nasoya Silken Tofu
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar or sugar-free sweetener
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. To make strong-brewed coffee, brew using 2x more coffee to water ratio than standard. Chill in fridge for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Once coffee is chilled, combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding more ice to reach the consistency of your liking.
