Nasoya egg roll wrap
Mushrooms
Onions
Cabbage
Garlic
Carrots
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Salt and pepper
Sugar
Preparation
- Cooking Instructions:
- Chop all your ingredients since it will be the filling
- Using a pan, heat up oil
- Add in your onions and mushroom first
- Cook until onion is translucent
- Add in your garlic, carrots and cabbage
- Then season
- Let the filling cool
- Wrapping Instructions:
- Once cool, take your egg roll wrap
- Have it set up in a diamond shape
- Add the filling to the bottom 1/3
- Roll up
- Tuck in both sides
- Roll up again
- Use water to seal the end
- Brush oil on both sides
- Air fry for 350 degrees about 8 min on both sides until golden brown. Add your favorite dipping sauce. Here I used Ktown sauce from @nasoya. Don't forget to add other lucky foods like dumplings and noodles for more wealth and longevity! Happy New Year!
