Ingredients
Skewers:
- 1 package Nasoya Korean BBQ Dumplings
- ¼ package Nasoya Mild Kimchi
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- 6 radishes, sliced
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup doenjang (Korean soybean paste)
- 2 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 10 g onion, thinly sliced
- 10 g apple, cored and cut into small pieces
- ¼ to ½ cup water

Preparation
- To make the sauce, place all ingredients (except water) in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add water to thin consistency as needed.
- Skewers dumplings, kimchi, cucumber, and radishes in an alternating pattern.
- Add oil to a non-stick pan on medium heat. Pan fry on each side until dumplings are golden brown – about 5 minutes. Pour ¼ cup water into the pan and cover to steam for 2 minutes.
- Drizzle sauce onto skewers until coated. Enjoy!
