Ingredients
1 cup of cooked bulgur, quinoa, or brown-rice
1 jar of Nasoya Spicy or Mild Kimchi, chopped
1 Avocado, sliced
1 Nasoya Teriyaki Baked tofu, cubed
1 red radishes, thinly sliced
1 cup of chopped chard
Preparation
- Assemble the bowls.
- Place cooked grain in the bottom of bowl and top with kimchi and other ingredients.
