Ingredients

Nasoya Mild Kimchi

1 slice of sourdough bread

½ avocado

6 oz of mushrooms

2 tsp coconut amino

½ tsp ground ginger

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Toast a slice of sourdough bread. Then layer it with Nasoya Mild Kimchi, ½ an avocado and mushrooms.
  2. For the mushrooms, heat a nonstick skillet on medium high heat, add 6 oz mushrooms to the pan and evenly coat with 2 tsp of coconut amino. Season with salt, pepper and ½ tsp of ground ginger. Cook until tender.
