Ingredients
Inspired by: Foolproof Living
- ½ package Nasoya Sweet Chili Toss’ables
- 3 cups cooked quinoa, warm or cold
- 3 cups baby spinach
- ½ cup edamame
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ cup roasted corn
- ½ cup black beans
- 1 orange bell pepper chopped
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and spiralized
- 1 cup red cabbage, sliced thinly
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons green curry paste
- 2 teaspoons red chili paste
- 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 medium lime juiced
Preparation
- Place all ingredients for the dressing into a bowl and whisk until combined. Place dressing in the refrigerator for later
- Place all ingredients for salad in a large bowl, toss with dressing.
