Ingredients

  • ½ package Nasoya Sweet Chili Toss’ables 
  • 3 cups cooked quinoa, warm or cold
  • 3 cups baby spinach 
  • ½ cup edamame 
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ½ cup roasted corn
  • ½ cup black beans
  • 1 orange bell pepper chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and spiralized
  • 1 cup red cabbage, sliced thinly

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons green curry paste
  • 2 teaspoons red chili paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 medium lime juiced

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients for the dressing into a bowl and whisk until combined. Place dressing in the refrigerator for later
  2. Place all ingredients for salad in a large bowl, toss with dressing.
