- 1 package Nasoya Korean BBQ Dumplings
- 1 zucchini
- 1 package mushrooms
- 2 corn on the cob
- 1 red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried onion
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon gochugaru
- 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon flakey salt
- Olive oil
- Rice wine vinegar
Preparation
- Chop vegetables into bite sized pieces.
- Now place all the veggies in a large bowl, Drizzle the oil and vinegar over. Sprinkle the seasoning over the veggies and give them a good toss until they are all coated evenly.
- Divide the veggies into 4 sheets of foil. Add a serving of dumplings to each packet.
- Wrap each packet tight and place them onto a baking tray, or over a campfire.
- Bake or grill them for 30-35 minutes or until the veggies are done.
