Dumpling & Veggie Foil Packets

Ingredients

  • 1 package Nasoya Korean BBQ Dumplings 
  • 1 zucchini 
  • 1 package mushrooms 
  • 2 corn on the cob
  • 1 red onion 
  • 1 red bell pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried ginger 
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon gochugaru 
  • 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flakey salt
  • Olive oil 
  • Rice wine vinegar

Preparation

  1. Chop vegetables into bite sized pieces.
  2. Now place all the veggies in a large bowl, Drizzle the oil and vinegar over. Sprinkle the seasoning over the veggies and give them a good toss until they are all coated evenly.
  3. Divide the veggies into 4 sheets of foil. Add a serving of dumplings to each packet.
  4. Wrap each packet tight and place them onto a baking tray, or over a campfire.
  5. Bake or grill them for 30-35 minutes or until the veggies are done.
