Dumpling Soup

Ingredients
- 1 package Nasoya dumplings (any flavor!)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ginger, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 cups vegetable stock
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 large carrots, julienned
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 cups fresh spinach, packed
- 1/2 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds

Preparation
- Sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil until fragrant.
- Slowly add vegetable stock and soy sauce. Cook until simmering.
- Gently add carrots and bring back to a simmer.
- Add spinach and cook until just wilted.
- Gently add dumplings and let the soup boil for a few minutes until dumplings are warmed.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
