Ingredients
- 1 package Nasoya Thai Basil Dumplings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp yellow curry powder
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup full-fat coconut milk
- Black sesame seeds
- Red chili peppers
- Lime
- Cilantro

Preparation
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot. Add minced ginger garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly. Add curry powder and stir to coat the spices.
- Add vegetable broth and salt. Cover the pot and bring broth to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and stir in coconut milk. Cover and let the broth simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Prepare Thai Basil Dumplings according to package instructions. Plate in a shallow bowl and ladle the desired amount of broth all over the dumplings. Garnish with black sesame seeds, sliced chili peppers, sliced lime, and cilantro.
