- 1 package Gochujang Plantspired Steak, cooked according to package instructions
- 4 cups crispy lettuce
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup pickles of choice
- 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
- 1 cup vegan cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 2 cups tater tots, air fried
Burger sauce:
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar gochucha
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
- granulated sugar, if needed to taste
Preparation
- To make the sauce: whisk together all ingredients.
- To assemble the bowls, place 1 cup of lettuce into each bowl. Make sure the bowls you use are large enough to fit all of the ingredients.
- Divide the rest of the ingredients evenly between the bowls.
