Ingredients
- Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Diced tomatoes
- Basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic
- Baguette
Preparation
- Crumble tofu and add to a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice
- Combine diced tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, basil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Toast baguette slices
- Assemble by spooning tofu mixture on toasted bread and top with tomato mixture.
