Ingredients
- Nasoya Korean BBQ Dumplings
- Lettuce, chopped
- Red cabbage, chopped
- Cucumber, sliced into matchsticks
- Carrot, sliced into matchsticks
Sweet & Sour Dressing
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp raw sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Preparation
- Clean, wash, and cut all vegetables.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing ingredients in a bowl.
- Pan fry the dumplings according to package instructions.
- Combine dumplings, vegetables, and dressing in a large mixing bowl and toss to coat well. Mix and serve right away to maintain crunch.
