For the wontons:

  • 1 package of Nasoya Wonton Wrappers, thawed at room temperature
  • 1 package of Nasoya Plantspired Superfood Skillet Zesty Mexican Style
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cravings Chunky Mild Salsa
  • ¼ medium yellow onion, diced
  • ¼ cup shredded vegan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • Avocado oil cooking spray

Spicy dipping sauce:

  • ½ cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cravings Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Preparation

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 F.
  2. Place the dipping sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together until combined.
  3. Warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the onion until soft and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the contents of the Nasoya Plantspired Superfood Skillet Zesty Mexican Style packet into the skillet and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Fresh Cravings Salsa and cheese, if using.
  5. Lay wonton wrappers on a flat, nonstick surface. Moisten the edge of each wrapper with water.
  6. Place about 2 teaspoons of filling in the middle of each wrapper.
  7. Fold the wonton wrapper over to form a triangle and seal the edges with water.
  8. Repeat with the remaining wonton wrappers and filling.
  9. Working in batches to prevent overcrowding, spray the air fryer basket with oil and place wontons flat inside. Spray wontons with oil. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown and crisp
  10. Serve the wontons with the spicy dipping sauce.
