Air Fried Tofu Temaki

Ingredients
- 1 package of Nasoya Firm Tofu or Extra Firm Tofu
- 2 tablespoon of corn starch
- Olive Oil Spray
- Dried seaweed/nori
- Soy Sauce
- Wasabi (optional)
For Filling:
- Pickled Radish
- Red/Yellow Bell Pepper
- White Onion
- Cucumber
- Purple/White Cabbage
- Carrots
- Avocado
- Perilla Leaves
- Radish Sprouts
Preparation
- Prepare filling ingredients and set aside
- Pat tofu with paper towel to remove any excess moisture
- Cut tofu into sticks, about ½ inch wide
- Roll sticks in corn starch until fully coated and lightly spray with olive oil
- Place the tofu sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket
- Cook on 350° for 5 minutes. Flip tofu sticks and cook for another 5 minutes
- Place desired fillings and tofu stick on top of the nori sheet
- Roll the bottom left corner up to the middle of the top edge of the nori to form a triangle. Continue rolling until you form a cone shape
- Dip in soy sauce and wasabi
