Air Fried Tofu Temaki

Ingredients

 

  • 1 package of Nasoya Firm Tofu or Extra Firm Tofu
  • 2 tablespoon of corn starch
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • Dried seaweed/nori
  • Soy Sauce
  • Wasabi (optional)

 

For Filling:

  • Pickled Radish
  • Red/Yellow Bell Pepper
  • White Onion
  • Cucumber
  • Purple/White Cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Avocado
  • Perilla Leaves
  • Radish Sprouts

Preparation

  1. Prepare filling ingredients and set aside
  2. Pat tofu with paper towel to remove any excess moisture
  3. Cut tofu into sticks, about ½ inch wide
  4. Roll sticks in corn starch until fully coated and lightly spray with olive oil
  5. Place the tofu sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket
  6. Cook on 350° for 5 minutes. Flip tofu sticks and cook for another 5 minutes
  7. Place desired fillings and tofu stick on top of the nori sheet
  8. Roll the bottom left corner up to the middle of the top edge of the nori to form a triangle. Continue rolling until you form a cone shape
  9. Dip in soy sauce and wasabi
