Simple Sesame Ginger Noodle Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Plantspired Tofubaked Sesame Ginger, cut 1 inch pieces
  • 8 oz. cooked soba noodles
  • 1 cup cooked broccoli
  • 1 cup cooked edamame
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • ⅓ cup peanut sauce

Preparation

  1. Heat a pan over medium high heat and add oil. Add Plantspired Tofubaked Sesame Ginger pieces and pan-sear until golden brown, tossing occasionally. Remove from heat.
  2. Add noodles, veggies and Plantspired Tofubaked Sesame Ginger to a bowl and Toss with peanut sauce.
