Ingredients
- 1 pack Plantspired Tofubaked Sesame Ginger, cut 1 inch pieces
- 8 oz. cooked soba noodles
- 1 cup cooked broccoli
- 1 cup cooked edamame
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup red bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- ⅓ cup peanut sauce
Preparation
- Heat a pan over medium high heat and add oil. Add Plantspired Tofubaked Sesame Ginger pieces and pan-sear until golden brown, tossing occasionally. Remove from heat.
- Add noodles, veggies and Plantspired Tofubaked Sesame Ginger to a bowl and Toss with peanut sauce.
