Ingredients

Nasoya extra firm tofu marinated in vinegar
½ tsp olive oil
Tahini
Italian spices
Salt
black pepper
crushed red pepper
Use any vegan or plant-based pasta
Add mint for a summertime flavor

Preparation

  1. Cook vegan pasta of choice until soft.
  2. Chop Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu into small squares and marinate in vinegar in small bowl as you prepare the additional ingredients.
  3. Combine the pasta and marinated tofu into a bowl with ½ tsp olive oil, ½ tsp tahini, dash of italian spices, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper.
  4. Add a dash of mint for an additional summertime flavor.
