Lunar New Year – Veggie Egg Roll

Nasoya egg roll wrap
Mushrooms
Onions
Cabbage
Garlic
Carrots
Soy sauce
Sesame oil

Salt and pepper
Sugar

Preparation

  1. Cooking Instructions:
  2. Chop all your ingredients since it will be the filling
  3. Using a pan, heat up oil
  4. Add in your onions and mushroom first
  5. Cook until onion is translucent
  6. Add in your garlic, carrots and cabbage
  7. Then season
  8. Let the filling cool
  9. Wrapping Instructions:
  10. Once cool, take your egg roll wrap
  11. Have it set up in a diamond shape
  12. Add the filling to the bottom 1/3
  13. Roll up
  14. Tuck in both sides
  15. Roll up again
  16. Use water to seal the end
  17. Brush oil on both sides
  18. Air fry for 350 degrees about 8 min on both sides until golden brown. Add your favorite dipping sauce. Here I used Ktown sauce from @nasoya. Don't forget to add other lucky foods like dumplings and noodles for more wealth and longevity! Happy New Year!
