Ingredients

For the wonton chips: 

  • 20 wonton wrappers 
  • 1 tbsp. honey 
  • 1 tsp. vanilla 
  • 4 tbsp. butter melted 
  • 1 cup sugar 
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon 
  • Pinch of sea salt 

For the toppings:  

  • Dark chocolate, melted  
  • White chocolate, melted  
  • Strawberries, sliced  
  • Shredded coconut  
  • Red and green sprinkles  
  • Red and green M&Ms 
  • Peppermint candies, crushed  
  • Mini marshmallows  

Preparation

  1. To make the wonton chips:
  2. Cut the wonton wrappers into strips using a pizza cutter or knife.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the honey, vanilla, and butter together.
  4. In another small bowl, stir the sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt together.
  5. Brush both sides of wonton strips with butter mixture and place wonton strips into air fryer basket.
  6. Working in batches, air fry for 4-5 minutes at 350 degrees, or until the wontons are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove the wonton strips from the air fryer and toss in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  8. Allow to cool completely before serving.
  9. To make the nachos:
  10. Spread wonton chips over a baking sheet. Sprinkle with mini marshmallows and M&Ms. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 10 minutes or until the marshmallows melt and the candies are warm.
  11. Quickly add the remaining toppings and serve warm.
