For the wonton chips:
- 20 wonton wrappers
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 tbsp. butter melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
For the toppings:
- Dark chocolate, melted
- White chocolate, melted
- Strawberries, sliced
- Shredded coconut
- Red and green sprinkles
- Red and green M&Ms
- Peppermint candies, crushed
- Mini marshmallows
Preparation
- To make the wonton chips:
- Cut the wonton wrappers into strips using a pizza cutter or knife.
- In a small bowl, whisk the honey, vanilla, and butter together.
- In another small bowl, stir the sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt together.
- Brush both sides of wonton strips with butter mixture and place wonton strips into air fryer basket.
- Working in batches, air fry for 4-5 minutes at 350 degrees, or until the wontons are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the wonton strips from the air fryer and toss in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
- To make the nachos:
- Spread wonton chips over a baking sheet. Sprinkle with mini marshmallows and M&Ms. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 10 minutes or until the marshmallows melt and the candies are warm.
- Quickly add the remaining toppings and serve warm.
