Spinach and Toss’ables Summer Salad

Ingredients

·         ½ package Nasoya Garlic and Herb Toss’ables

·         ½ package Spinach

·         ¼ c sliced red onions

·         ½ c sliced cucumbers

·         ¼ c vegan feta

·         ¼ c chopped walnuts

·         ½ avocado, sliced

·         3 tbsp Italian dressing

Preparation

  1. Chop all vegetables as desired and put in large bowl.
  2. Place sliced avocado and sprinkle the chopped walnuts, vegan feta, and Nasoya Garlic and Herb Toss’ables on top. 
  3. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
