Curried Tofu Toast

1 block of Nasoya Silken Tofu

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 cup of chopped chard or spinach pinch of salt

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon garlic

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper

Preparation

  1. Sauté 1/2 cup of rainbow chard or spinach with diced red pepper on medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil. While the vegetables are softening, in a separate bowl, combine one block of Nasoya Silken tofu with half a teaspoon of turmeric. A quarter teaspoon each of cumin, red pepper, garlic & onion powder with a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is well-incorporated. Leave it a bit chunky.
