Celebrate Earth Month with Tofu

Nasoya and the Culinary Institute of America joined forces to host a Student Innovation Challenge where finalists faced off against the clock to prepare their original recipe featuring simple plant-based protein: TOFU!

FIRST PLACE WINNER!

Delicate, bite-sized kale and cabbage “dumplings” filled with delicious tofu, Plantspired plant-based steak, glass noodles, and veggies. Served alongside crispy tofu chips and pickled cherry tomatoes in creamy tofu soymilk sauce.

Tofu is braised in a rich Sichuan sauce and served with pasta noodles, crispy fried shallots, and grilled vegetables.
