Teriyaki Tofu Tacos

- 1 package Nasoya TofuBaked Teriyaki
- 6 corn tortillas
- Fresh greens of your choosing
- Pineapple salsa
- Lime
- Purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- ¼ cup vegan sour cream
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garli
Preparation
- To make avocado crema: add avocado, vegan sour cream, salt, lime juice, and garlic to food processor and blend until smooth.
- To char tortillas: Heat a dry pan. Place tortilla in pan for 45 seconds or until browned. Flip and repeat on other side.
- Slice TofuBaked lengthwise. Pan-fry with a drizzle of oil until lightly seared.
- Assemble tacos to your liking!
