  • 1 package Nasoya Plantspired Steak
  • 3 cups arugula, chopped
  • 1 blood orange, peeled and sliced
  • ½ avocado, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 oz vegan goat cheese, crumbled.

Honey balsamic vinaigrette:

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Kosher salt + pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook Plantspired Steak according to package instructions.
  2. For the salad, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. For the vinaigrette, combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake well.
  4. Top salad with steak and enjoy!
