- 1 package Nasoya Plantspired Steak
- 3 cups arugula, chopped
- 1 blood orange, peeled and sliced
- ½ avocado, peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup pomegranate arils
- 1 oz vegan goat cheese, crumbled.
Honey balsamic vinaigrette:
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Kosher salt + pepper
Preparation
- Cook Plantspired Steak according to package instructions.
- For the salad, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- For the vinaigrette, combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake well.
- Top salad with steak and enjoy!
