Ingredients
- ½ package Nasoya Garlic Herb Toss’ables
- ½ cup dry quinoa
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 5 radishes, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 sheet nori, sliced
- Black sesame seeds to garnish
Dressing:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup

Preparation
- Add the quinoa to a saucepan and pour over the boiling water. Bring to a quick boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until all the water has been absorbed (about 15 minutes). Leave to the side to cool down.
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a jar. Shake to combine.
- Plate everything up in a dish and drizzle the dressing on top. Garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
