Ingredients

  • 2 packages Nasoya Sweet BBQ TofuBaked 
  • 1 package frozen butterfly bao buns 
  • ¼ head red cabbage, shredded 
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil 
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar 
  • 2 tbsp agave 
  • Vegan mayonnaise
  • Sriracha

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, rice vinegar, agave, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss together with shredded red cabbage and carrot. Cover and place in fridge until assembly.
  2. Stir together mayonnaise and sriracha until desired spiciness.
  3. Prepare bao buns according to packaging instructions.
  4. Slice Nasoya TofuBaked into strips. Add a drizzle of oil into a pan. Once hot, pan-fry TofuBaked strips until warmed throughout.
  5. Assemble each bun with a slice of TofuBaked, a pile of slaw, and a drizzle of spicy mayo
