Ingredients
- 2 packages Nasoya Sweet BBQ TofuBaked
- 1 package frozen butterfly bao buns
- ¼ head red cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp agave
- Vegan mayonnaise
- Sriracha

Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, rice vinegar, agave, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss together with shredded red cabbage and carrot. Cover and place in fridge until assembly.
- Stir together mayonnaise and sriracha until desired spiciness.
- Prepare bao buns according to packaging instructions.
- Slice Nasoya TofuBaked into strips. Add a drizzle of oil into a pan. Once hot, pan-fry TofuBaked strips until warmed throughout.
