Ingredients

  • 1 package Nasoya Thai Basil Dumplings 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger 
  • 4 garlic cloves 
  • 2 tsp yellow curry powder 
  • 6 cups vegetable broth 
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • ¾ cup full-fat coconut milk 
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Red chili peppers 
  • Lime 
  • Cilantro

Preparation

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot. Add minced ginger garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly. Add curry powder and stir to coat the spices.
  2. Add vegetable broth and salt. Cover the pot and bring broth to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to a simmer and stir in coconut milk. Cover and let the broth simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Prepare Thai Basil Dumplings according to package instructions. Plate in a shallow bowl and ladle the desired amount of broth all over the dumplings. Garnish with black sesame seeds, sliced chili peppers, sliced lime, and cilantro.
