Vegan Korean BBQ Steak Wraps

Ingredients

4 burrito size tortillas

1.5c @nasoya Plantspired Korean BBQ steak

1.5c cooked sushi rice

1/2c sweet and spicy cucumber salad (recipe below)

1 avocado, sliced

1/2c shredded purple cabbage

1/2c shredded carrot

1/2c thinly sliced red pepper

Preparation

  1. Vegan Korean BBQ Steak Wraps:
  2. Sauté Plantspired steak in a skillet according to package instructions until cooked to your desired texture.
  3. Add half of each ingredient to each tortilla, top each with the desired amount of sauce, roll up, and enjoy!
  4. Sweet and Spicy Cucumber Salad:
  5. Mix sauce ingredients together. Add cucumber slices and let sit for an hour, shaking occasionally to make sure the pieces are well coated.
  6. Sweet and Spicy Sauce:
  7. Mix ingredients together, taste, and adjust. If you want a creamy sauce, add mayo.
