Ingredients

Chili Oil Pasta Zero
  • 1 package Nasoya Pasta Zero 
  • 3 cloves minced garlic 
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons Szechuan chili flakes
  • 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon ginger 
  • ¼ teaspoon salt 
  • ¾ teaspoon sugar 
  • 1 stalk scallion 
  • handful cilantro 
  • sesame seeds

Pasta Zero Stir Fry
  • 1 packages Nasoya Pasta Zero
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 2 cups mixed veggies
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce/tamari
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 in. ginger root, minced
  • 1 tsp. red chili flakes

Low Carb Ramen

  • 1 package Nasoya Pasta Zero 
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 inch ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 heaped teaspoon miso 
  • Handful shiitake mushrooms, roughly chopped
  • Salt + pepper, to taste
  • Baby bok choy
  • Enoki mushrooms 
  • Nori

Preparation

  1. Chili Oil Pasta Zero - Saute garlic with vegetable oil in a small pot until it becomes fragrant, about 30 seconds. Remove from the heat and add the rest of the sauce ingredients into the pot. Drain and rinse Pasta Zero noodles well. Cook noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain. Place boiled noodles in a hot, dry pan & cook on high for 10 minutes. Add as much of the Szechuan chili oil sauce according to your liking and spice level. Top with fresh cilantro, scallions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
  2. Pasta Zero Stir Fry - Prepare Pasta Zero according to package instructions. Set aside. Chop up your vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Add a drizzle of oil to a large pan on medium heat. Add vegetables and saute until tender. Meanwhile, whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl. When the veggies are tender, add the sauce and noodles to the frying pan. Toss well until evenly incorporated. Remove the noodles from heat and garnish as desired. Enjoy!
  3. Low Carb Ramen - Heat sesame oil in saucepan on medium heat. Once hot, add onion, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds. Meanwhile, prepare the Pasta Zero according to package instructions. Once the onions, garlic, and ginger have all browned nicely, add the noodles, stock cube, miso and mushrooms, with enough water to cover. Turn up the heat and bring to the boil, then simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes. Taste and add salt and pepper. Pour into bowls and toppings.
