- 3 cups unsweetened soy milk
- 1 package Nasoya Silken Tofu
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tsp vanilla
- 1 heaping tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg plus more for dusting
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
