Spider Web Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
2 15-ounce cans black beans (drained and rinsed)
2 tablespoons tahini
3 to 4 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon chipotle pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bag Nasoya’s Hearty Chili
3 tablespoons unsweetened soy yogurt
3 black pitted black olives

Preparation

  1. With food processor running, drop in the garlic cloves and process until finely chopped. Add the black beans, tahini, lime juice, cumin, chipotle powder and salt. Process until smooth. Stir in the Nasoya Hearty Chili.
  2. Spoon the hummus into a serving dish, smoothing the top. Using a pastry bag of soy yogurt, pipe on the spider web. Slice the olives to create a spider, then place on top of the web. Serve with tortilla chips, or desired dippers.
