Extra firm tofu
Avocado
multigrain bread
cherry tomatoes
Lettuce
Onions

Tofu Sriracha Dressing
Sugar
silken tofu
Sriracha
Salt
powdered sugar
white vinegar

Preparation

  1. Air fry or bake Extra Firm Tofu so it’s nice and crispy. Set aside.
  2. Mix sriracha with Nasoya silken tofu to create a creamy spicy spread to coat your sandwich skewer with.
  3. Chop up your favorite veggies and begin stacking on tofu, lettuce, cherry tomatoes etc to make a tofu skewer of your choice.
  4. Coat the creamy silken tofu sriracha sauce on top of your kid-friendly tofu skewer and enjoy!
