Ingredients

Savory Tuscan Style Superfood Skillets
Onion
Red bell pepper,
Yellow bell pepper
8” tortillas
Spanish rice
Refried beans
Cilantro
Avocadoes
Pico de gallo
Restaurant-style tortilla chips
Limes

Preparation

  1. Chop up peppers and onions and cook them on the stove top for 5-6 minutes. Make sure to apply olive oil to your pan so the vegetables don’t stick.
  2. While the veggies are cooking, use another pan to heat up the Superfood Skillets until warm. Prepare rice and refried beans during this process as well.
  3. Chop up all side ingredients and place them in individual bowls for serving.
  4. Serve Fajitas with restaurant-style tortilla chips and tortillas.
