Ingredients
- ½ package Nasoya Silken Tofu
- 1/2 cup (heaping) rolled oats
- 2/3 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax meal
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 0–2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 cup plain pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Crushed vegan graham crackers

Preparation
- Place Silken Tofu, milk, vanilla, salt, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, and seasonings in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Place blended mixture into a sealable jar or container. Add rolled oats and chia seeds. Shake or stir to combine.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Top with a drizzle of maple syrup & crushed graham crackers. Enjoy!
