Fan: Thank you for keeping things fresh!
Nasoya: You are welcome! We strive to keep our products, recipes and website fresh as can be!
Fan: I enjoy Tofu very much and your site has good information regarding the benefits of using tofu. The dessert recipes sound yummy. I will be trying one tonight.
Nasoya: Wonderful! We are so happy you find our website helpful in making delicious recipe choices!
Fan: My family consists of total meat-eaters, and were reluctant when I became vegetarian 3 years ago. I am anemic, but I keep up my iron and protein levels well. I just recently used your silken tofu product in chili, and I loved it! I also made red miso with your extra-firm tofu cubes! Thank you so much for inspiring me!
Nasoya: Good for you for sticking to your vegetarian lifestyle! It sounds like you aren't sacrificing variety in your meals. Continue to enjoy protein packed dishes using tofu. A morning tofu smoothie is also a delicious protein treat to get your day started off right! If you haven't already, check out our Protein Power newsletter. Thank you and good luck!
Fan: Do you have to cook tofu?
Nasoya: Nope! Just drain, rinse, & enjoy! In a hurry? Sprinkle seasoning on it. Tofu acts like a sponge and absorbs flavors easily.
Fan: Can you stir fry soft tofu as well?
Nasoya: Yes! We suggest pressing it or cubing it and putting it between paper towels to remove the excess water. The tofu should be added to a hot pan and not stirred, allow 5 - 8 minutes to brown and then flip and repeat until all sides are browned. Enjoy!
Fan: I enjoy smoothies a lot, especially since I bartend and I don't always get to sit down and enjoy a dinner time. Smoothies give me the nutrients and energy I need for the night!
Nasoya: Happy to hear we power you up for the night! Check out this bartender's Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie recipe!
Fan: I recently have been eating vegan, however we have eaten your tofu for many many years. My now grown children love to cut it into cubes and then top with french dressing.
Nasoya: Such a wonderful story of family tradition! Thank you for sharing!
Fan: Kung Hei Fat Choy! Translation: Wishing you a wealthy next year!
Nasoya: Happy Chinese New Year!
Fan: I am now a convert to Nasoya Tofu! I served the chocolate pudding for my Mother-In-Laws birthday! She loved it and didn't kow it was tofu! Keep up the good work!
Fan: I just tried your silken chocolate tofu and loved it!!! I used a 9 inch graham cracker crust (pre made),1pkg chocolate tofu, one pkg chocolate instant fat and sugar free chocolate pudding powder, and lite sugar free whip cream. I mixed 1/2 the pudding pkg with the 1pkg of tofu to make a thicker consistency, then I poured it into the crust. Next I took the other half of the pudding powder (mix) and mixed it with the whip cream-about 1/2 to 1 cup of the whip cream. Then I smoothed the whip cream mixture over the tofu and the pie crust. I refrigerated it for about an hour. I never knew tofu could taste this good.
happyherbivore @nasoya I mentioned your wonderful vegan mayo on my TV show today (mock tuna salad) http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/4069440 :D

Your Dark Chocolate tofu tastes just like pudding. Since I am lactose intolerant, I haven't been able to eat chocolate pudding in 10 years! Thank you Nasoya!

Liz Weiss:A fan of Meal Makeover Moms wanted to make our Chocolate Caramel Tofu Pie tonight but she could not find the Chocolate Silken Style Creations in her area. What would you suggest she use as a substitute (i.e. silken tofu + some sort of sweetener + cocoa powder, and how much of each)? Thanks for your advice.
Nasoya: Try this recipe. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thank You!
